For example should you be using the $60 ^{per 6 months} subscription plan which includes 60,000 hits per 6 month period, the total feed count from all your sites cannot exceed 60,000 feeds during the 6 month period.

The feed count refers to every time one of your pasties is pulled or viewed by a visitor to your site. Suppose you have a web page that has two Web Polls, one RSS Ticker, and one Visit Tracker on it. Each time someone visits this page (including yourself), your feed count usage will be increased by four. In addition, each time one of your podcasts or RSS feeds are downloaded, that constitutes as a feed.
